Terms of the paid subscription for additional KONTUR features

This public offer is a proposal by the seller listed under “Seller details” at the bottom of this page to enter into an agreement for a paid service on the terms below. By subscribing you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. What the subscription includes

The subscription gives access to additional paid features of the KONTUR web service and mobile apps (a paid service providing access to digital functionality). The features are listed in the “Support Kontur” window: custom target colors and names, several notification points and radio-mode circles, attack history beyond 5 days, GIF export, unlimited pins, settings sync between devices, and your name on the “Thank-you board”. The list may change — features may be added; we will give advance notice of any substantial reduction.

Access to the additional features is granted automatically in real time immediately after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment system / bank.

The subscription is tied to your KONTUR account and works on every device where you are signed in, regardless of where you bought it.

2. Price and payment

• On kontur.systems — UAH 149 per month, paid by card through monobank internet acquiring (JSC “Universal Bank”). Card details are entered only on the bank's page; we never receive them. On the first payment the bank saves the card as a token, which is used to charge the monthly payment without re-entering card details. Cancelling the subscription deletes the saved card.
• In the iPhone app — through the App Store, charged to your Apple ID; on Android — through Google Play, charged to your Google account. The store shows the price in your currency before you confirm; it may differ from the website price.

3. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically every month: the first charge happens when you subscribe, the next ones monthly on the same day. For the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise it will renew.

If a charge fails (insufficient funds, blocked card), on the website we retry twice more, once a day; in the stores, the store retries under its own rules. On the website, subscription features keep working for those 3 days after the paid month ends; in the stores — during the grace period set by the store. If payment still fails, the subscription ends.

4. How to cancel

• Bought on the website: account menu → “Subscription” → “Cancel subscription”. No further charges will be made.
• App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → “Subscriptions”, or the “Manage in App Store” button in the app.
• Google Play: Google Play → profile → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”, or the “Manage in Google Play” button in the app.

After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Deleting your account automatically cancels a subscription bought on the website; cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in the store.

5. Refunds

• Website: since access to the digital features is granted immediately upon payment, refunds for the current period are made in case of technical failures of the service, duplicate/erroneous charges, or upon individual review of a user request sent to [email protected] (include your account email or login). Erroneous and duplicate charges are refunded in full.
• Timelines: refund requests are reviewed within 3 (three) business days. If approved, the refund is initiated within 3 (three) business days to the card that was charged; the actual time for the funds to arrive depends on the issuing bank (usually 1 to 5 banking days).
• App Store / Google Play: refunds are requested through the store under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Budget & history”).

6. Price and terms changes

We will notify you at least 30 days before charging a new price. If you disagree, you can cancel before that date. In the app stores, price changes follow App Store / Google Play rules (your consent may be required).

7. Liability

KONTUR is an information service and does not replace official air-raid alerts. The subscription does not change this and does not guarantee complete or accurate data — see the “Disclaimer” section of the Privacy Policy. If the service was unavailable for a long time through our fault, contact us and we will consider compensating the corresponding part of the period.

8. Dispute resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
